Current River Conditions
- Tubing at Johnson’s Beach: Available for down-river floats until Memorial Weekend. Afterward, recreational dams create a two-mile-long, lake-like area for river fun. Floating and hanging in the area is a great way to spend a day in the sun.
- Kayaks & SUPs: Head to Monte Rio while the river is dam-free for a five-mile journey (2-4 hours). Rentals must be returned by 5 PM—take your time and enjoy a picnic on the beach!
What’s New This Year?
- New Location: Steelhead Beach – Our most popular trip! This will be our 3rd summer at Steelhead Beach! Tubes are available at Steelhead Beach on weekends and holidays. No need to come to Guerneville for pick-up—just stop by our booth with pre-inflated tubes. Note: No dry bags at this location. Regional Parks provides a shuttle.
